I very much wanted to like this game. And I may go back eventually to try it out (I did – and added my thoughts at the end), but the aggressive tutorialization and cutscenes every ten seconds really got to me in my first half hour – to the point that I’m writing this instead of playing the game, which is never a good sign.
Control: Ultimate Edition
Control is a big-budget SCP Foundation game made by the same folks as Alan Wake, which you may have heard of because of its extensive use of raytracing. While it’s practically everything you would expect out of an SCP Foundation game and more, it does have some fairly significant niggles which prevent it from reaching the greatest heights.
